When does on-line registration open?

Registration on-line will be open October 2016. Pre-registration for H.O.G./Guests will close 24th February 2017.

When will registration be open at the Iron Run – Queenstown?

Friday 17th March 2017 – 9.00am – 5.00pm

If you arrive after 5.00pm and you have registered for the H.O.G. party, you will be allowed in.

What is the cost of Registration?

Registration – $49.00

Pre-registration ends on 17th February 2017. If you register before this time you will receive the official Iron Run patch, entry to the Friday night party, show and shine, guided rides and the Thunder Run.

0-9 years of age – Free
10-17 years of age – $49.00

Limited registration tickets will be available at the Memorial Hall Friday 17th March 2017 for $59.00.

Where will registration be at the Iron Run?

Registration will be at the Queenstown Memorial Hall, Queenstown.

Payment

Credit card is the only payment accepted online.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

There is a $15.00 processing fee for all cancellations. After 15th January 2017 no refunds are accepted. No shows can contact the H.O.G. office within 30 days after the event for their Iron Run patch.

Are registrations transferable?

No, all registrations are non-transferable.

What route will The Thunder Run and Guided rides take?

The Chapter lead rides and Thunder Run will be published on the website closer to the Iron Run date.

What food options will be available?

Food will be available for purchase from vendors on site at the Queenstown Ice Skating Arena. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes in Queenstown for all members/guests to enjoy.

What entertainment will be at the Iron Run?

Confirmed entertainment and acts will be published on the website closer to the event.

What parking facilities are available for bikes?

There is limited parking in Queenstown. There will be limited parking around the memorial hall and the Ice Skating Arena. We would recommend parking your Harley-Davidson motorcycle at your accommodation and walking/catching a taxi to Queenstown CBD.

Will site maps be made available before the Iron Run?

Yes, site maps will be put onto the website closer to the event date.

What’s on

A special limited edition Iron Run patch is available for riders who ride to Bluff on 16th March 2017.

Bluff is at the bottom of the South Island.

Riders must find the Harley-Davidson representative at the Bluff lookout between the hours of 10.00am and 2.00pm to receive their patch.
